Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Conclude, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs within your workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for managing users, permissions, billing contacts, and the content and integrations connected to that workspace.

Permitted use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use the Service to violate the rights of others.

Customer content

You retain ownership of feedback, documents, attachments, knowledge base content, and other material you submit to the Service. You grant Conclude a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

AI and third-party integrations

Some features rely on AI models and third-party services such as authentication, payments, email, issue tracking, and document providers. Outputs generated by AI systems may be probabilistic and should be reviewed before operational use. Your use of connected third-party services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance under the plan you select, and except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method for your workspace.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or if continued service is no longer commercially feasible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Conclude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
